Participant Welcome Screen

Learn what Home Screens are for Request participants, and how they organize your Tasks, Requests, and Process Analytics Reports.

Overview

The Participant Welcome Screen organizes your Cases and Tasks as a "home base" for quick navigation to:

  • View active Cases and Tasks alongside a list of processes you can initiate.

  • Clearly view the status of Cases and Tasks.

  • Filter and search the Case and Task lists.

  • Case titles are now visible in both the My Tasks and My Requests sections for better context.

  • Easily identify and manage high-priority tasks using the priority flag in the task list.

Administrators can configure custom Welcome Screens for Case participants. For example, members of different groups within your organization can have different Welcome Screens that best suits how each team works.

From your Home Screen, quickly access your assigned Tasks from the My Tasks pane.

The My Tasks pane functions similarly to the To Do Tasks page from the Tasks menu, including the following:

  • Filter which Tasks to display by clicking the View All drop-down menu, and then select by which Task status to filter:

    • Self Service: Click the Self Service option to view Tasks that you can assign to yourself.

    • In Progress: Click the In Progress option to view Tasks that are in progress.

    • Overdue: Click the Overdue option to view overdue Tasks.
