Example: Enable Actions by Email for a Form Task
Follow an example to allow participants to complete a task through email.

This example demonstrates how to enable the Actions by Email setting for a Form Task. This feature allows process participants to complete tasks directly through email without logging into ProcessMaker Platform.
Enabling Actions by Email involves two steps:
Create an Email Screen that will be displayed to process participants.
Select the Email Screen in the configuration of a Form Task or Manual Task.
Create an Email Screen
To enable Actions by Email for a task, an email screen must be created that will be displayed to the participant. This screen should provide the recipient with enough information to make an informed decision and take action on the task.
An E-mail screen can have the following controls:
Rich Text control
Record List control
Link URL control
Submit Button control
