View Your Analytics Reports
View Analytics Reports configured for you.
Prior to being able to download user activity logs for one user or all in your organization, ensure that an Amazon Web Services (AWS) QuickSight is configured. Amazon QuickSight powers data-driven organizations with unified business intelligence (BI).
The following message displays if your ProcessMaker Platform instance is not configured to your AWS QuickSight: Unable to connect. If this message displays, please contact your Customer Success Manager to address this.
Follow these steps to view Analytics Reports in the Dashboard:

- 2.Click the Analytics option from the top menu. The Analytics page displays. The Dashboard section displays by default.Dashboard on the Analytics page
- 3.Locate the Your Analytics Reports section, which displays graphics for you. If there are no graphics configured, then this section is empty.
- 4.Hover the cursor over one of the following types of graphics as follows:
- Hover over a color in a cake graphic to see the percentage of Requests processed in your organization.The number of Requests processed as displayed by category
- Hover over a dot in a linear graphic to see the number of all Requests per Process by date.Linear graphic showing the number of Requests per Process by date
- 5.Optionally, click the View button to open the graphic in another screen.A linear graphic displaying on a separate screen
- 6.Click the Close button to close the screen.
