Conversational Screens

With DevLink Environment Synchronization, administrators can now effortlessly connect multiple ProcessMaker instances to share and manage assets across environments. This feature automates synchronization, reducing administrative effort and ensuring up-to-date asset management.

Collections
Collections are now accessible from the Designer module enhancing usability, improving management, and streamlining designers' task within ProcessMaker.
Designers will have quick access to Collections from the Designer Welcome Screen and the left sidebar.
Collections can be associated with projects for better organization.
A new control in screens allows designers to display or edit Collection records, with options to update records directly from the screen.
Record lists in screens can now use Collections as a data source, with configurable columns and PMQL filtering.

UI Improvements
Improve usability and enhancing user workflows include:
Asset tables such as Processes, Templates, and Logs now display in descending order by default, showing the most recent or relevant entries at the top.
Case titles automatically reflect the process name by default, simplifying the naming convention for cases.
Both the Process and Case Browser panels remember their collapsed state during a user session, providing a more user-friendly and consistent experience across pages.

Who Can Use ProcessMaker Platform Winter 2025?
All existing ProcessMaker Platform users are automatically upgraded to ProcessMaker Platform Winter 2025 seamlessly and continue to leverage best-in-class technology. The transition does not disrupt ongoing business operations and you do not need to take any additional actions to benefit from this release.
For users on ProcessMaker 3, the minimum version required for an upgrade to ProcessMaker Platform Winter 2025 is 3.8.0. After upgrading, ProcessMaker 3 customers can access/edit all their current ProcessMaker 3 processes using the PM Classic feature. However, any new Processes must be created in ProcessMaker Platform Winter 2025.
