Cases you have started or are participating in can be accessed from the following locations:
The Cases Page (shown below)
From any of these locations, you can view a case by clicking on the Case# or Case Title. This provides a comprehensive view of the case, including in-progress and completed tasks, the in-flight process map, attached files, and case history. If the process includes alternative workflows, you can also view all associated requests.
The Details and Comments panel on the right can be collapsed using the icon, providing more space to view processes.
View Tasks in a Case
All in-progress tasks in a case display in the Tasks tab. Follow these steps to complete a task:
Click on the Task# or Task Name to view its form.
Complete the form as needed and submit it.

Case Overview
The Overview tab provides a graphical representation of the current case status, with completed and in-progress tasks highlighted in different colors for easy, at-a-glance status updates. For more information, refer to Case Overview.
Case Summary
The Summary tab displays all case variables and their values. This information is read-only and provided for reference purposes.
Completed Tasks and Forms
The Completed & Forms tab lists all completed tasks within the case and their associated forms.
Click the arrow next to a task to preview its form.
Click the task name to open the form.
Use the print icon to print a form.
File Manager
The File Manager tab displays all files attached to the case. Files can be previewed and downloaded directly from the File Manager. For more information, refer to File Manager.
Case History
The Case History tab provides a chronological record of all events in a case. It includes detailed information about when each task was completed and by whom.
Requests
If a case has multiple requests, the Requests tab will be displayed. This tab allows you to view all requests associated with the case and click on any request to view its details. For more information, refer to Requests.
