Create a new Analytics Report.
The Analytic Reporting package must be installed.
Your user account or group membership must have the following permissions to create an Analytics Report unless your user account has the Make this user a Super Admin setting selected:

Follow these steps to create an Analytics Report:
View your Analytics Reports. The Analytics page displays.
In the Name setting, enter the name of the Analytics Report. This name must be unique from all other Analytics Reports. This is a required setting.
In the Description setting, enter the description of the Analytics Report. This is a required setting.
In the Link setting, enter the QuickSight URL to embed your Analytics Report. This is a required setting. Follow these guidelines:
Ensure that ProcessMaker has granted you access to your AWS QuickSight dashboard.
Click the Share icon from your AWS QuickSight dashboard as described in this AWS QuickSight documentation.
Copy the embed code.
Locate the URL within the src
property of the embed code, and then enter it into the Link setting. The URL is structured as follows:
https://quicksightdomain/sn/embed/share/accounts/accountid/dashboards/dashboardid?directory_alias=account_directory_alias
Click Add. The new report displays in the Analytics page.
Click the +Add Analytics Report button. The Add Analytics Report screen displays.
View the Analytics in your organization that you're allowed to view or revise.
ProcessMaker Platform displays all Analytics in one table. This makes it easy to manage Analytics Reports.
The Analytics Reporting package must be installed.
Your user account or group membership must have the "Analytics Reporting: View Analytics" permission to view the list of Analytics Reports unless your user account has the Make this user a Super Admin setting selected.

Follow these steps to view all Analytics Reports in your organization:
Log on to ProcessMaker Platform.
Click the Admin option from the top menu. The Users page displays.
The Analytics page displays the following information in tabular format about Analytics Reports:
ID: The ID column displays the Analytic Report's ID. ProcessMaker Platform automatically generates the ID value when the Analytics Report is created and represents a sequential number of how many total Analytics Reports have been created to that time.
Name: The Name column displays the Analytic Report's name.
Description: The Description column displays the Analytic Report's description.
Use the Search field to filter Analytics Reports that display.
Click the +Add Analytics Reports button. See Create an Analytics Report.
If no Analytics Reports exist, or you do not have permission to view any, the following message displays: No Data Available.
Control how tabular information displays, including how to sort columns or how many items display per page.
Edit the configuration for an Analytics Report.
Furthermore, your user account or group membership must have the following permissions to configure an Analytics Report unless your user account has the Make this user a Super Admin setting selected:

Enter in the Search field the text to filter user accounts, if necessary.
Toggle any of the permission settings for applicable users to allow each user to view an Analytics Report. By default all users do not have any access to any Analytics Report. If necessary, ensure to grant your own user permissions to access an Analytics Report.
Click Save.
Configure which groups have permission to view an Analytics Report.
Follow these steps to configure how users have access to your Analytics Report:
Click the Group Permissions tab.
Enter in the Search field the text to filter groups, if necessary.
Toggle any of the permission settings for applicable groups to allow each group view an Analytics Report. By default, all groups do not have any access to any Analytics Report. If necessary, ensure to grant your own group permissions to access an Analytics Report.
Click Save.
Click the Analytics Management iconin the left sidebar. The Analytics page displays the Analytics Reports that you are allowed to view.
Click the Edit icon. See Configure an Analytics Report.
Click the Delete icon. See Delete an Analytics Report.

Understand what Analytics Management display in ProcessMaker Platform.
Use the Analytic Reporting package to view graphical reports that provide insight and analysis of how well your Processes perform. Use Analytics Reports to do the following:
Get an overview and user performance across the platform.
Get an overview of historical performance of a single Process.
Get a deeper dive into how Process design affects Request performance for a Process.
Filter data by date by mouse-hovering over graphical visualizations of your Process Analytics in each dashboard. Each dashboard carries you through to the next level down.
Place Analytics charts into Request participant Welcome Screens to inform Request participants and business stakeholders that work is happening efficiently.
These reports pull data from ProcessMaker Platform's datalake. These reports are available in the Analytics top menu in the platform, creating a dedicated space for data visualizations and analysis.
There are two types of Analytics Reports:
Dashboards: They are default reports available for all users in your organization. Those can be configured by your Administrator. See Configure Environment Variables for Analytics Reports.
Your Analytics Reports: They are custom reports that administrators can configure to display for specific users or groups in your company. Configure Your Analytic Reports in Analytics Management.
After an Administrator creates and configures Analytics Reports, the Analytics panel displays them in Dashboards and Your Analytics Reports for each user account.
Filter all Analytics Reports in your organization to find that one you need.
Use the Search function to filter all Analytic Reports from the Analytics page based on your entered text.

As you enter text into the Search field, Analytics Reports display that match your entered text.
If there are no search results, the following message displays: No Data Available.
Delete an Analytics Report.
Follow these steps to delete an Analytics Report:
Click Confirm.
