Guided Templates

Understand what Guided Templates are in ProcessMaker Platform, and how you can create your own no-code specific-use Process without designing anything.

Overview

Guided Templates are process templates featuring a step-by-step wizard designed to assist you in creating a new process. After completing the wizard, the process becomes available in the Process Launchpad. You can immediately use your process and initiate a request. Other participants, such as those assigned tasks, receive notifications indicating when to participate in the process.

Follow these steps to view the available Guided Templates:

1. Ensure that you are logged on to ProcessMaker Platform.

2. Click the Processes option from the top menu. The Processes Browser displays.

3. From the Add From Templates section of Processes Browser, click Guided Templates. The Guided Templates display.
