View User Extended Properties

View extended properties that are available to all users.

View User Extended Properties

Package Required

The Advanced Users package must be installed.

Permissions Required

Your user account or group membership must have the "Settings: View Settings" permission to view User Extended Properties unless your user account has the Make this user a Super Admin setting selected.

See the Settings permissions or ask your Administrator for assistance.

Follow these steps to view the User Extended Properties:

1. Ensure that you are logged on to ProcessMaker Platform.

2. Click the Admin option from the top menu. The Users page displays.

3. Click the Settings iconfrom the left sidebar. The Settings page displays a tab for each setting.
4. Click the Users tab. The User Extended Properties display in the Configuration column.

Add a User Extended Property

Click the Edit icon. See Add a User Extended Property.

Edit a User Extended Property

Click the Edit icon. See Edit a User Extended Property.

Copy All User Extended Properties

Click the Copy to Clipboard icon. See Copy All User Extended Properties.

Delete a User Extended Property

Click the Deleteicon. See Delete a User Extended Property.
