Get an early look at one of our most anticipated new features, and try a customer beta in Fall 2023 that is coming to Winter 2024: collaborate with Process Designers simultaneously while designing your Process model.

Leverage the diverse perspectives and expertise in your organization to build your Process model. In doing so, collaborators can make edits concurrently. Collaboration facilitates faster iterations, more innovative thinking, accelerated design decisions, and improved productivity by providing each other with immediate feedback.

• Invite your collaborators: Invite your team to collaborate with you to design your Process.

• Write comments to your collaborators: Tag your collaborators in comments directly within Process Modeler to discuss workflow design. Comment recipients receive your comments as a notification.

Start collaborating in a Process's design:

1. Create a new Process in one of the following ways:

   • Create a new blank Process.

   • Create a new Process using natural language.

   • Create a new Process from an existing Template.

2. Invite your collaborators.
