Copy an Email Server Setting

Copy to clipboard an email server setting to have this information in another environment or for testing purposes.

Package Required

The Send Email package must be installed.

Permission Required

Your user account or group membership must have the "Settings: Update Settings" permission to copy email server settings unless your user account has the Make this user a Super Admin setting selected.

See the Settings permissions or ask your Administrator for assistance.

Follow these steps to copy an email server setting:

1. ​View your Email Default Settings. The Email Default Settings tab displays.

2. Locate the custom email server setting's tab if not copying from the default email server settings.

3. Click the Copy to Clipboard iconfor your email server setting to copy. The following message displays: The setting was copied to your clipboard.
