# Access Process LaunchPad

The **Modeler to Launchpad** option allows users to transition quickly from the Modeler to the [**Process Launchpad**](/v1/docs/process-launchpad#process-info), providing quick access to process execution and monitoring. This option creates a bidirectional workflow, complementing the existing Launchpad to Modeler option. Now, users can seamlessly switch between building and tracking live processes, ensuring an efficient workflow management experience.

## Open a Process in the Launchpad from the Modeler

**Permissions**

Your user account or group membership must have the following permissions to open the Launchpad in the Process model unless your user account has the **Make this user a Super Admin** setting selected:

- Processes: Edit Processes
- Processes: View Processes

Follow these steps to open the Process Launchpad in a Process model:

1. [Create a new process](/summer-2024/A7mdugENW7gZw1jmnrOv/designer-basics/create-a-process) or [open an existing one](/summer-2024/A7mdugENW7gZw1jmnrOv/designer-basics/view-the-list-of-processes/view-your-processes#edit-an-existing-process).
2.
