Consider a well-designed dashboard organizes and visualizes important metrics and information for these stakeholders to quickly analyze and ascertain business performance, then understand how to act upon that business information. Clicking the **Home** icon ![](https://cdn.document360.io/2d311614-fcb7-4424-8b4c-d4d3091eebeb/Images/Documentation/2cbff88a-1aaa-407a-940a-311b56cace2a.png) in the breadcrumbs displays the dashboard for that logged on user. Designing dashboards comprises of a [Display-type Screen](/v1/docs/screens-types#display-screens). To incorporate relevant BMI and KPIs, create [Saved Search charts](/v1/docs/saved-searches) of your [Saved Search](/v1/docs/saved-searches) data, and then add those Saved Search charts to the Screen using the [Saved Search Chart](/v1/docs/saved-search-chart-control) control in [Screen Builder](/v1/docs/screen-builder). > [!NOTE] > See [dashboard design best practices](/v1/docs/dashboard-design-best-practices) for design ideas. --- ## View All Dashboards Follow these steps to view all the dashboards in your organization: 1. Ensure that you are [logged on](/v1/docs/participant-basics#log-on-to-processmaker-platform) to ProcessMaker Platform. 2. Click the **Admin** option from the top menu. The **Users** page displays. 3. Click the **Customize UI** icon ![](https://cdn.document360.io/2d311614-fcb7-4424-8b4c-d4d3091eebeb/Images/Documentation/1a4264c4-d1b4-4bd2-ba29-fc5b033b442d.png) from the left menu. The **Customize UI** page displays and shows the **Site Design** tab by default. 4. Dashboards are built using a [Display-type Screen](/v1/docs/screens-types). To incorporate relevant key metrics and indicators, follow these steps: 1. [Create **Saved Searches**](/v1/docs/create-and-share-a-saved-search) using the data you want to display. 2. [Create **Charts**](/v1/docs/charts-to-visualize-saved-search-results) from those Saved Searches. 3. [Open the **Display-type Screen**](/v1/docs/manage-screens#edit-a-screen) in **Screen Builder** or [create a new one](/v1/docs/create-a-new-screen). 4. [Add the **Saved Search Chart**](/v1/docs/saved-search-chart-control#add-the-control-to-a-screen) control to the Screen. 5. [Select the Saved Search chart](https://docs.processmaker.com/docs/saved-search-chart-control#chart) you want to display in the Screen for the Dashboard. 6. The **Screen** is ready to use when creating a Dashboard. --- Follow these steps to create a dashboard: 1. [View all dashboards in your organization](/v1/docs/dashboards#view-all-dashboards). In the **Name** setting, enter a unique name for the dashboard. This is a required setting. 4. From the **Screen** setting, select the Display-type Screen designed with content for the dashboard. This is a required setting. 5. In the **Description (optional)** setting, enter a description for the dashboard. 6. Click **Save**. The following message displays after creating the dashboard: **Configuration Dashboard Updated**.
